The essence of our charmed service is that we represent a variety of
non-typical type of wedding venues. We do not represent hotel chains
or banquet halls or venues that are often referred to as "wedding
factories." Along with estates, unique homes, barns, farms,
open fields, river front locations, country inns, and retreats, we do
offer a range of bed and breakfast type locations, as well as old
country resorts. When considering a "charmed" wedding, keep
in mind the following bits of information:
Most pricing details are ala carte. This is the beauty of a charmed
wedding - the unique property is completely open to your interpretation!
Site rental fees range from $1,500 to $8,000.
Catering is not typically offered on-site. You can hand select your
caterer of choice depending on your budget and style.
Rentals are most often separate: Tents, tables, chairs, linens,
tableware, dance floor, design elements and possibly lighting
elements. Portable toilets are often rented as well.
With the exception of a few accommodations offered at some of our
locations, guest accommodations and houses of worship are usually
10-20 minutes from the venue and quite often spread-out. We aim to
build accommodations around one main town, where there are activities
and interests for your guests.
Many times our couples shuttle their over-night guests from their
hotels to the ceremony/reception site.
When planning a charmed wedding, you should consider a budget of at
least $145.00 per person inclusive of site rental, catering, and
rentals. Other elements are additional costs.
