The essence of our charmed services lies in representing unique venues and providing creative and personalized planning, design and orchestration services.
A Charmed wedding is a destination event; As such, a couple should keep the following in mind when considering our services for their special day:
- Event site rental fees can range from $1,500-$15,000+ depending on the amenities provided by the venue.
- The more unique the property, the more raw the space and more open it is to your interpretation of your wedding day. These unique spaces are generally not inclusive of catering, rental equipment, lighting, dance floors and bathrooms to accommodate a large group and are additional costs to be considered as part of the wedding budget. We provide couples with a range of vendor options to choose from depending on their budget goals.
- With the exception of a few accommodations offered at some of our locations, guest accommodations are off-premise and quite often spread out, with guests driving anywhere from 10 minutes and up to 30 minutes to reach the wedding reception site. We aim to build accommodations around one main town, where there are activities and interests for your guests.
- Houses of worship are for the most part, also located off-premise and appromixately the same distance to the reception site (10-30 min). We work with some wonderful Officiants who are able to perform the wedding ceremony at the reception site to make traveling easier on guests.
- When planning a charmed wedding, a couple should consider a budget of at least $300.00 - $400.00 per person.
